Die cutting is a finishing process that uses a custom-made steel rule die to cut products into virtually any shape. A single die can perform multiple operations at the same time, including cutting, internal holes, perforation, creasing and fold lines. A custom die is manufactured for every new design. Therefore, the price depends on the die size and complexity, the number of cutting rules and creasing lines, the selected material, product dimensions and production quantity. For repeat orders, the existing die can usually be reused if the product shape and dimensions remain unchanged.

Before production, we review your artwork, evaluate minimum corner radii, spacing between elements, cutting and creasing lines, and verify the technical feasibility of manufacturing the die. If necessary, we optimise the structural design to ensure accurate cutting, easy folding and reliable assembly.
